We had a hard time reaching someone after we won the bid. We understand there were likely a high number of calls, but the wait wasn’t ideal. After about two hours, they finally contacted us and explained the next steps. I decided to pick up the vehicle myself, and they coordinated everything with the vendor. We proceeded with an ACH transfer, and they confirmed the funds after 48 hours and began working on the title release. Overall, the car was great. It was about a 8/10 experience, but we understand the situation.
